Custom Made Products cannot be returned and orders cannot be cancelled.

The customisation process is unique and may therefore be slightly different from the image.

Your Custom Made FIGLIO My Name Necklace will be ready for shipping within 2 weeks from the date of your order. Total shipping time will be calculated on receipt of a notification email detailing that the item is ready to be shipped. You have the right to cancel this order as stated in art.59 in the Consumer Code. This item cannot be exchanged. (For further information, please visit our withdrawal notes.) You are entitled to cancel your order within 24hrs of purchase.
